Far too soon to be thinking about that. U can take care of that later, for now something like Bb5 or Bc4 or d4 or Nc3 was better. They are the main openings anyway, now u've played g3 a fianchetto is a must, however your B would be cramped coz of your Pawn on e4.

This is OK: White prepares a slow build-up in the early stages. Black is under no pressure, though.

Not too bad, supports a d4 advance, but takes up the best development square for your Knight.

Moving the pawn to d3 would have been better, now your dsb is constrained severely and your d pawn cannot advance.

d3 seems OK, d4 would be more in keeping with your earlier c3 however.

h3 looks interesting, but loses a pawn after 7. Nxf2 8. Kxf2 exd4etc.. and in response to novagold's comment it is worth noting that after Bxf2 7. Ke2 Bxc6 8. h3 would not turn the tables in WT's favour coz of Bxg3 (9. hxg4 Bxg4 winning a Q)

Black could have done 7.Bxf2+ at this point which would have caused you problems.

The "only move" here is 8.0-0, though Black will get a strong attack with 8...a5 or 8...Qg4. As the game went, Black could now have played 8.(f3?) Nf2 9.Qe2 Nxh1 10.Qf1 Nf2, say.

After this, 9...Nf2 is still playable: 10.Qe2 Nxh1, or 10...Nxd3+ 11.Qxd3 Bb6 with an OK game for Black.

Yawn ;-o, why do weak players love ridiculously closed positions!? And also so many pawn moves, they don't go back u know! That was a nice square for your Knight after Nb1-a3-c4.

I like ridiculously closed positions at my rating, too.

This move looks fine to me. White can now activate his knight via c3 to d5, a nice central posting for him. The bishop can develop to b2 in preparation for the eventual break move f2-f4. The closed nature of the Q-side means that White can consider 0-0-0 once the minor pieces have advanced. From Black's perspective, neither bishop looks very happy right now, though a timely ...c6 would improve matters.

Probably premature. Broadly speaking, the move is desirable, to open lines for the DSB in particular. But maybe Black ought to move at least the LSB first, and possibly a rook to c8 as well, before getting this in.
