You can't fork really a knight with a knight. A fork is where you attack two pieces at once, but while this is "some type of fork", white just takes your knight and you're losing. You were playing quite well up to this point, but now you've forgotten general opening pieces - get all your pieced out as quickly as possible. Here, O-O or Nc6 was better.
