I don't see anything to disqualify him from making any comment. This is a well-known motif in the Budapest (and other openings!). Mind you, I think it was worthwhile placing it in the annotated games list: a cautionary tale... eqj2 (2206) on 23-Aug-07: This game was still a conditional move game. All of the moves were entered in the program. jatayu never made a move through out the game. Although his opponent did. That is worth it. Sure we can all discuss what would have been done or what can be done. Note to ruachessnut2 conditional moves. Note to ruachessnut2 lets see you play a chess game totally on conditional moves and win. This is what jatayu did. ruachessnut2 (1200) on 07-Sep-07: Why not 8. B or Nxe5 Nxe5 9. N or Bxe5 Bxd2+ 10. Qxd2 Qxe5? Each side has a queen, 2 rooks & 7 pawns. now what? Black won because white played poorly. No congratulations are required. Was I wrong to state Nc3 avoids smother mate?
