To be honest i'm not convinced by all this force field business and IMO white has the advantage at this point. Suppose white kept a cool head and played 16.d4 suddenly his Queenside pieces can develop much more freely while blacks pieces are a strewn incoherently around the board. After 16.d4 play might continue 16...Qh1+ 17. Bf1 (easily blocks the check so the king doesn't have put on his running shoes) depending on blacks subsequent moves white might play Bf4 and Nd2 at some point further developing his pieces. Woops stuffed up the move order on my first comment its better now  

Here maybe 16.Qh5, Qh5; 17.Bh5, Kd7; 18.d4 is the best continuation for White (exhange that unpleasant Black Queen and play for the win with the extra pawn).

?? Simple 17.Kd1 keeps the advantage

Well, White cannot 'fight its way out of a wet paper bag' without developing pieces early. Look at that white queen-side! The pieces are still in their original squares. Sure...the black King will always be safe, if there are no pieces available to attack it!! Those undeveloped pieces on the queen-side are useless in their original squares. They might as well be captured and taken off the board. There is no mystery as to why White lost.

18.Kd2, Bh6 still loses easily, so 17.d4?? is the real mistake.

White wasted two moves earlier. If he had two spare moves now he could play Bg5 and Qe3. So much for your defensive barrier.

It is pretty obvious that you are a huge SF fan (force field, bizarre phenomenon, invasion, strange defensive structure = mix of Star Trek/Star Wars language), but maybe chess game annotation should look like... chess game annotation? :I Don't get me wrong - I love SF movies, but those expressions seem a bit out of place on a chess site.

Mark my words. Because I stated earlier that I hate this opening, somebody will eventually play it against me--simply to irritate me!

Personally I rather like using SF expressions (or other allegorical allusions) in the context of chess annotations. But perhaps marinvukusic is making a point that goes a little beyond matters of literary taste. Such expressions can be a bit misleading. I can well imagine during the course of the game, Black had a sense of some kind of invisible or intangible protection surrounding Black's king. But the fact is, White was in a poor position to exploit Black's central king position. I recall a game in which a queen 'teleported' from f2 to a8. Observe there is no direct line between the two. What happened was, my opponent allowed the Qf2 to be captured, whilst promoting the a7-pawn. Nothing like 'teleporting'. Yet that was the precise 'feel' of the move sequence - as if the queen had indeed defied the natural laws of time and space... I might yet submit that particular game for annotation...
