Yes, neither side has any real winning chances. Rook versus bishop is a draw, so Black can only win if he promotes; but White's threat on the queenside is more immediate. And White of course cannot win, as Black can give knight for pawn any time he wants to.

H'mmm. Black's chances on the K-side ought not to be dismissed lightly. The extra knights, too, give Black an extra dimension in attack, White in defence. For instance, a line like this and Black's K-side operations start to look dangerous: 45...Nf7 46.Bc7 (say - but it's hard to find a better spot!) 46...Rh3 47.h5+ Kg4 48.Ne4+ Kh4 [of course the g-pawn is taboo for the moment] ***** Looking further into this line indicates the draw is a fair result after all! Take a look: 49.Bg3+! Kg4! {49...Rxg3 stands to lose!} 50.Nf2+ Kxg3 51.Nxh3 Nd8!! {Black cannot take the knight! 51...Kxh3?? 52.a5! Nd8 53.Kd5! +/-} 52.Kd5 Nb7 53.Kc6 Na5 54.Kb5 Nb7 55.Ng1 Nd6+ 56.Kc6 Nc4 etc =/=. A game of very fluctuating fortunes!
