Desperation ... Black's pieces are useless where they are but this was a mistake. If Black is trying to get behind one of his pieces to hide then the Rook should have moved out to d6 or d5, then the Bishop to d7. This would have given the King a hole to hide in (e7) and the Rook would have still covered the Bishop. |
