This annotation is getting quite funny.   If vast quantities of material is being thrown at the Queen, she'll move around all right! As it happens this Queen move is White's strongest by now, with a quick forced mate in prospect.

The only move to avoid mate in one was 20...a6 or ...a5. But the end still comes quickly enough. E.g. 20...a6 21.Nd6ch Ka7 22.Qxc7 Rb8 23.Qc5ch Ka8 24.Bxb7ch Rxb7 25.Qc8ch Rb8 26.Qxa6#.
