31... Kc8
Best.

32. Qxc4+
He takes with check. Now of course not Kb8?? Qc7 mate. SF now says I should play Nc5 with equality, but I was unhappy giving back the knight after Nc5 33. b4, but I have got 33.....Be6. Best then SF thinks is 34. d7+ then Kc7 35. Nb5+ Kxd7 36. Qd4+ Rd5 37. Qg7+ Kc6 and finally white can take the knight with 38. bxc5 as black cannot recapture the knight with KxNb5 as 39. Qxb7+ wins the Ra8, but after 38...Ra-d8 black has equality. What I was actually thinking about at the time was maybe Nc5 33. b4 b6 but I didn't think that was very good for black and SF agrees that line is better for white.
