They burned a lot of suppliers. 84 Lumber took the biggest hit and a small concrete sub that did a lot of work for me got burned for over $500K. Had to sell his concrete redi-mix company and is barely making it doing curb & flat work. Meanwhile the owner of Mercedes lives in a $3 million river front mansion They are a perfect example of skeevy builders

There was an article in the paper showing off their fancy home not long after they burned all their subs. I thought the timing was perfect. Occasionally I am asked to bid sitework to Mercedes & I always decline
