I've got a question for this. I have a player whose rating is under 750, reachforgoals10. Now, I was able to get her a match, but I noticed that it's very difficult to pair her because a lot of teams don't have someone at that strength. In fact, although I wanted to keep an Opened Team Challenge with her name on there, I had to cancel it to give another member a match right away since he requested it. Besides the one team that I paired her with, does anyonelse have a player whose rating is similar? If so, this would be helpful because I'd like to keep her happy and give her, as many team matches, as possible since she likes them.

I think what you will need to do Joe if you cannot find your player suitable games is to pair her up as close as you can. You could explain to her the predicament. She would probably enjoy playing higher rated players as she would get some practice, and she might be better than she or you thinks. When I get a new player who hasn't played on GameKnot for long and hasn't been on a team before, it is always a guessing game for a while until I find out where approximately his true rating is. I don't have any ladies on my team, unfortunately. So it is trial and error. I have a lower rated player who joined my team recently. He has lost quite a number of games, but has been winning more recently. When players start on GameKnot at 1200 it is a puzzle. But he is higher rated than yours. I was pleased to have him because he was the lowest rated player on my team and I thought he would be useful to us.

I agree and will have to explain the predicament to her as I believe that this is the only thing that will work.

At this time, it appears TRITON and तिरंगा AT GAMEKNOT might be your only options for a team with a comparably rated available player. Give then a try.
