The United States probably has more cases of Covid than the United Kingdom because the United States is larger in size.

The Chinese rushed into that area and quarantined it, even hauling people out of their homes to place them in isolation, with good results at first. Perhaps those people who were hauled off were suspected of coming down with the virus.

I had not heard or read about such things, but I did know that he has a partner without being married, and has just had a child with her. However, I had not heard that he is a poor Prime Minister.
