Does it not alarm you that a small number of mega-corporations
own all of the "official sources of information"? Have you never
read George Orwell's book 1984? That is where we are headed.
It seems many among us are quite happy about this and ardently
supporting the agenda.

Oh well, back to the topic.

If one or more states can not certify their electoral votes, and neither
candidate reaches 270 votes - the election will not be decided by the
Electoral College. It will be voted on by the US Congress, with each
state getting one vote.

Who knows? Biden may well be the next president, but we have
to wait until January 20 to know with absolute certainty.

This is the ultimate guide to every legal argument put forth by Trump regarding the election in many different states with a complete analysis of each argument and how the court ruled, PLUS all of the conspiracy theories and videos floating around the Internet and each one is totally debunked! www.washingtonpost.com

Gomer Gohmert
"I don't know the truth" Gohmert also claimed he got Covid from his mask. How do such brain damaged fools win election to public office?

Moscow Mitch rejected beefed up funding for US election security over and over again. Despite that, this has been the least tampered election in history. The very few instances of fraud were primarily committed by Trump supporters, after he explained to them they could vote twice by simply going outside and changing hats. With four hour wait times (or more) in Democratic precincts, double voting tended to occur in more rural, conservative areas with far shorter lines. There are virtually no instances known where this fraud Groper insists is very common succeeded.

Help Groper out. There is a Republican offering $25,000 for instances of voter fraud. Rudy insists the dead voted in droves in Pennsylvania. Look up Pennsylvania obits. The birth date is recorded in them.

Submit this to the state ballot registration. They can tell you whether a ballot was received. If any dead person scores, you pick up an easy $25,000. When they deduct that ballot, odds are good Biden's margin increases by one vote.

Robust Source of Information
When an information stream is poisoned by outright lies, it is not more robust. It is diseased.

Tapping into water rich in hog farm runoff is like eating ecoli laced lettuce. Or dining on undercooked bat. No good is bound to come from it.

I concur that just a handful of sources all owned by Rupert Murdoch is bad, almost as bad as OAN or NewsMax, but not as bad as Breitbart or Infowars.

Just because someone (like Trump) lies does not mean we are required to give those lies equal weight. I want my sources dedicated to honesty and integrity first. If this means pointing out Trump's lies--all the better.

Hog Wash
If Democrats were truly stealing elections, Moscow Mitch and Lindsey Graham (who sought to have the guy overseeing Georgia's election cast out legal ballots) would have lost.

Does Trump Intentionally Lie?
Twenty thousand lies just since lying about the size of his inauguration.

He is a pathological liar. I'm not sure he can help it. Lying is a mental condition. He often does not know the truth--his ignorance is both vast and profound. But he has to know his claim he is the least racist person on Earth, or that he knows tax law better than anyone alive, or military strategy, are lies. He has to know windmills do not cause cancer, Finland dies not rake its forests, and that Obama signed Veteran's Choice--the law he claimed over 150 times so far HE passed--is a lie.

Tsunami of Lies
We have never had a president so eager to lie as President Trump.

Now, I can understand his lie about knowing nothing of the porn star payoff. That lie is like Clinton's lie about fellatio. "I did not have sex with that woman."

Trump's signature was on the check. Men like him don't get rich singing $120,000 checks without knowing what it is for.

But if we completely ignore all the lies he made about cheating on his wives and mistresses, he STILL easily clears twenty thousand lies--and this is without repeats. It is counting the 150 times he claimed he signed Veteran's Choice as a single lie.

All the Facts
Qanon conspiracy garbage is not gathering all the facts.

When you are picking peas, you don't include nightshade just because it is round and green and hard too. Facts have one essential criteria--they must be true. Or at the very least accurate, and backed by evidence.

Insisting, as Trump did, Ukraine had the DNC server containing Hillary's email is just blatant nonsense. Oh, and one of his twenty thousand lies. He set that back in July--his pace of lies has picked up in recent months.

The world would be far more fun if a liar's pants really did catch fire.

I think President Trump probably believes MOST of the things he says. Therefore, he is not lying. He is mistaken. And don't think I am defending him because I am not. I would have voted for him if I believed in him. However, I do think he has done some good things for the United States. Unfortunately for him, he has been told, "You're fired," which he has said so many times to other very hopeful people on his television show.

He is not a politician or a lawyer.

From what I gather, most of the law suits filed are very minor,
and many from independent people. It is said a major lawsuit is
in the works. They are just preparing it right now. Many suits are
dismissed due to lack of specifics. I imagine the Trump team is
going to make their suit very specific before filing it.

I find it very hard to believe that Rudy Giuliani would perjure himself for the President. He has had a great reputation as a prosecutor in the past for going after and getting The Mob.

Rudy Was Great
At one time he was a great man. Then he shackled himself to the Trump anchor. The lengths people will go to debase themselves for this con artist are truly astonishing. And why? What does Groper do for them?

Shirlmygirl, a great many of Groper's lies are probably just ignorant mistakes, such as the Revolutionary War heroes ramming the ramparts and seizing the airports. Injecting disinfectant into the lungs "really does a tremendous number on the lungs" may not have been an intentional lie, it was likely something he was just making up as he went along. When you have twenty thousand false statements, what fraction must you believe to be a complete idiot? I agree with you he probably does believe a significant fraction of the lies he tells. One so steeped in lies can no longer distinguish truth from fiction, which is what made him a horrible leader in the first place as well as a horrible person.

Rudy wants the $$
Rudy is billing the Trump campaign $20,000 a day for his time, which is significantly more than almost any other lawyer in the world bills for their services. The suckers who donated to ImPOTUS's campaign are the ones footing the bill.

Rudy did a great job in the aftermath of 9/11, but now he is both the joke and the punchline!

One of the biggest mistakes that President Trump made was firing James Comey, FBI Director, because he wouldn't "cozy up" to him. James Comey wanted to keep the FBI detached from the Presidency so that the FBI could act with complete integrity. I have read James Comey's book at least twice, and perhaps even three times. I could still pull it up on my tablet if I wanted to as it is archived.
shirlmygirl
17-Nov-20, 17:41

I just saw Scott's post above. James Comey says that Rudy Giuliani became rather proud and haughty because of his success with the Mob (or words to that effect). What is that old proverb, "Pride goes before a fall"? That is what my mother used to say. But I think the proverb is Biblical because, as far as I can remember, the rest is similar to "and a haughty spirit before ...."

Ya know, if it weren't for Rudy's scheme to slander Hunter Biden, Trump would have never been impeached. Rudy created the scheme and Trump tried to carry it out and got caught.

Jerome Corsi
was the man who maliciously slandered John Kerry, lying about his Swift Boat crew. He produced the lame conspiracy Rudy bought into. Groper was so proud of his "perfect" phone call he hid it on a code word secure server, so alarming whistleblowers it was kicked upstairs.

Remember, Groper was not impeached for lying about having an intern polish his knob, but for withholding critical funds to extort a foreign nation to subvert our elections--an undertaking he is now actively engaged in himself by insisting votes by Democrats be tossed or not counted, and efforts to pervert the vote by electors. Amazing Lindsey Graham requested Georgia's Secretary of State to toss legitimate ballots. The man, a lifelong Republican of honesty and integrity, is now the target of death threats against him and his family.
