You do understand that many Covid-19 patients have compromised respiratory and circulatory systems and that Chloroquine can, and does, kill people in such a condition. You see, that has been proven in a 2020 studies on actual Covid-19 patients. Not a 2005 article about the drug being used on people who did not have Covid-19. All corona viruses are not the same.
