pawntificator 27-Jul-20, 00:09	Timeouts are bad in team play. i accidentally timed out once and the captain just removed me from the team. I had a good reason, but it wasn't good enough.
baddeeds 27-Jul-20, 15:13	I also would've removed someone, at the time. But, I'm much more lenient if they do it now as so many things can cause one to lose a game on time, especially unexpected things. The only thing I'd do now is suspend the member from team play, until I know what caused that time out to prevent him or her from feeling overwhelmed.
baddeeds 27-Jul-20, 15:14	There are limits, though, and I'd have to know in a specific time frame. If I don't get any response after about 2 weeks, then I'd remove the member, but I won't drop someone from my team, right away.
