"Team Game Ratios" Sometimes, it can be difficult to coordinate team matches, especially when the co-captain or co-captains, as well as, the captains get busy. And, then you might have a regular member who's very busy a lot of the time. So, then it's about who's available, wants a match, and coordination. With that, the co-captain of my team started a thread that I like called, "Team Game Ratios". And, he wrote, "Good Day! So I've been thinking, rather than work on assumption of team games etc. (which I've technically been doing a lot of the time) I trend to look at 4-6 games per member and 'fill up' as we move along. I know many of us have our own preferences when it comes to having matches, but do let me know what kind of ratio of games would be fitting for you. I will try and accommodate where possible." I liked this thread so much that I gave him Special Honor during the once a month Honoroll on my team. Although I'm the only one who posted in that thread, a member PM'd me and asked for more matches. I was able to give him one right after finding out that he got one, but he likes more then less team games.
