![]() Oh and if a high profile banker ever went to jail. It would be a cushy prison with great food. Sorta like Pablo Escabar. Heck he built his own prison. And that prison had better living conditions than half the fee world. The law is for the common man. Not princes. Ls. Where is Gucifer now? If it wasn't hacked did she willfully give her emails to wiki leaks? I do stand corrected on General Portraes. And retract that comment. |

![]() www.law.cornell.edu Clauses a) and b) both require intent. Note that clauses a) through f) are separated by "or", which means that one can be charged by the issues mentioned in EITHER a) or b) (both of which require intent), or c) or d) or f), and be punished by fine or incarceration, which is the finish (in clause f) of what is said in clauses a) through f). Am I really misunderstanding this? |

![]() That stems from some kind of a warped understanding, or just plain hate, or maybe love for trump is so much, that they want to believe whatever their master says, even if it is unfounded accusations. He said one of the things he would do when he became president, was to put her in jail. He has not, because he is ignorant of what it takes to commit some crimes. He said he was going to build a wall and Mexico was going to pay for it. What kind of a crazy person thinks he can do something and make someone else pay for it. (Unless he thinks all taxpayers are Mexicans) He said he was going to make America great again. All that can be seen here, is a divided America in shambles. He says he is the least prejudiced person in the entire world. Yet, before political pressure, he wanted to get rid of all the Mexicans in the U.S. And he says people from other countries live in shit holes. He says he is very intelligent, with a very high IQ, and yet he makes so many simple mistakes in public, that leaves people wondering. He says the FBI agency is not doing their work like they should, and yet, He is so dead set and angry about the Russian investigation, that he fired Comey, and wants to fire Meuller, to hide whatever it is he wants to hide. They want to talk about what Hilllary did to distract the people period. |

![]() I don’t know why we keep rehashing this issue. Intent and prior precedent is relevant Its easy to scream off with their heads for political reasons but in fact Clinton paid the penalty for carelessness in the election. Prosecution for such in the middle of a campaign would have been outrageous. You can find lawyers take any position but the bulk agreed with Comey. |

![]() NOT because of her party affiliation, or race, or gender or anything like that at all. There was a time several years ago that I had the time to look at various political figures in both parties. You know due diligence. Now perhaps I am a victim of some misinformation, but to be honest. Listening to her own words out of her own mouth. Especially the recording of her talking about a rape case and disparaging the victim. a very young girl. She did not know she was being recorded. The we came we saw he died comment sealed the deal for me. The contradictions, lies and pandering sealed the deal for me. Her backstabbing Elizabeth warren over big pharma and much more. Now does this mean I think Trump is better? Hell no. he is even a bigger puppet than she would have been. Now I was just listing a tiny portion of the reasons that I seriously do not like her at all.(as a person) So I do admit I am biased. So I concede that argument and you gentlemen were right and I was wrong. Thank you both. and Lord Shiva for taking the time to reply and have this debate. I do appreciate it. |

![]() My hat is off for you, Sir, one of the very few who openly admits their mistake! That takes a lot of character and self-discipline! I had thought that if some wrong-doing is done intentionally it would be much worse than if it were done without intent - by mistake, by stupidity, or even by carelessness. I understand the law in that way, so for me it seemed quite logical. |

![]() It takes a lot of guts, and honesty to admit that perhaps you made a mistake. You are one of a thousand, most people would rather die than admit it. So as far as I'm concerned, you are one more at the top of my list. BTW, I do not think Hillary is perfect either, as I had admitted before. |

![]() We have to remember the generation and that Hillary was a lawyer and became a feminist. Lawyers jobs are to win ruthlessly if needed. As a feminist she felt she had to be tougher. That explains her focusing on winning that case; if a man did the same thing he would get more of a pass. As a political figure she spent her whole life being attacked and went through hell with Bill’s womanizing. She knew she lacked charisma but won respect as a technocrat and as a Senator. Its not that her record shows she does not care if you look close. She just has a hard time being natural or responding to surprises and attacks. The fact is everyone knew she was running from the day she became a Senator and the oppostion had years to prepare for attacks and then she was past her prime after Obama beat her. She was always too paranoid about making fatal errors so she did. She did feel she was on a mission and got caught up in group thank isolation. That’s why I think it’s unfair to blame her excessively. |

![]() Apatzer to follow up I voted for Obama and liked Sanders in the primary. Hillary ran a bad campaign on old politics. But it’s safe to say like many people Hillary appears disconnected and combative and acts different in public than in private to her detriment. Even her latest book shows that; not accepting enough blame herself so it didn’t help her reputation. She lost a winnable election by hunkering down on wrong rather than humbling and revealing herself in public IMO. Thank you for reviewing the law carefully. |

![]() I am not familiar with the "we came, we saw, he died" comment. It's a riff on "veni, vedi, vici." Maybe she thought she was being clever, but if she said that (there is apparently footage) it certainly was insensitive. I'd be somber even after DG's hanging. Hitler, though--that would have been cause for celebration. I'd dance a jig on his grave. As for the rape case (back to the little girl), there was an unusual aspect to the case she recalled five years later which she found amusing. She NEVER laughed at the victim. www.factcheck.org I have my own list of faults on Hillary, chief of which was "we're going to put a whole lot of miners out of work." That one really grated--these hard working men and women deserve sympathy, not derision. It was Hillary's "they clutch their guns and Bibles" moment. "They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." What Obama said was plenty true enough. It just also made a "what difference does it make?" style sound bite that had some oddball conservative appeal. I still have never understood how these things could become rallying cries. "Remember the Alamo" is one thing, but "Hillary lied, four died?" That's just stupid. It is a counter factual. |

![]() Vodka from St. Petersburg. They must have a distillery there somewhere--the Baltica is brewed in a great big plant just across the Neva River from the Hermitage. Russians pronounce it "pee-vo," and (this amuses me) the word "mocha" in Russian means "urine." To be fair they pronounce it "moe-cha," rather than "moe-ka". |

![]() And dmaestro and Lord Shiva for offering words of wisdom along with another perspective. I did misscommunicate in saying that she (disparaging the victim). I do understand that an attorney must represent thier client to the fullest of thier ability. What I should have said is the victim felt disparaged, belittled and degraded. I will have to listen to the recording again. It has been years since I have. Being an attorney is a difficult Job. As I said I do suffer from information bias. This is not consciously but subconsciously. I'm going to work on that aspect of myself. We tend to see information the furthers our beliefs and ignore information that is contrary to your beliefs. And in my case with the law. It was literally invisible to me. Like it did not even exist. That blew my mind and was a wake up call for me. Lord Shiva. Does the following article have any merit I'm not exactly sure of the sorce... But this is allegedly how that 12 year old girl felt. www.dailymail.co.uk Lord Shiva if you go to YouTube and type in. We came we saw he died. You can see her in all her glory. She did not know that the camera was rolling. So I guess recording her private feelings while she was unaware she was being recorded. Was unfair to her too. (IMHO) The democrats really need to find another champion. Yet my prediction is ...barring any unforseen health issues she will win in 2020. I don't think they will have Joe Kennedy run just yet. They will give her one more chance. Amy how. Thank you all. I may take a break from posting for a while. Not sure yet. Time for self reflection and some decompression |

![]() Shall we make that 2 bottles of wine? We are still waiting for the outcome of our first bet. Btw I would be happy to loose both bets and I promise that I won't buy cheap wine. The next round of primaries will be very publicised. The will focus on the fairness and election integrity and you will see a very differnt HRC one who is more humble and has pledged that she has learned from her mistakes. Then she will say that is what a good leader does. So when she steps up to the Mic and says... I'm back. When you hear those words. You will know. That is my prediction. 2020 is her turn. She doesn't have that much time left. I will be happy if my prediction is wrong and if it is wrong. I will conceded that fact that I was wrong about everything. That will be the smoking gun. The acid test. And I do hope I am wrong. However if I'm right. I'm sure it will be just a coincidence. |
