An absolutely beautiful Science generation picture of Hallucigenia Sparsa's features.

I was entirely unaware that primitive teeth and mouths; and distinct heads had evolved at least 55 million years ago!

At what time of the Cambridge period did the Hallucigenia Sparsa evolve: The beginning or the end (55 million years ago)?

Hallucigenia did not live 55-million years old. They existed 541 million years ago in the Cambrian period. As for which period (upper or lower Cambrian) I'm not sure.; en.wikipedia.org. All the organisms found 'so far' can be seen in animated videos based on the fossils themselves (and a little imagination) here;burgess-shale.rom.on.ca and here;burgess-shale.rom.on.ca. I have been to the Cambrian fossil beds many times and plan to go many more. I find this Evolutionary period Wondrous beyond measure.

"As for which period (upper or lower Cambrian) I'm not sure."

Thank you, but That was my single question.

I already knew that Hallucigenia was from the Cambrian Period, and that the Cambrian Period was very long duration and quite primitive in the book of Evolution --- far more primitive than Darwin likely knew. Science marches onward, hon.

it is theorized that
we all may have evolved from this girl!!!!;en.wikipedia.org You can find her in the video collection of Cambrian fossils i posted above. Though recent finds in China suggest the Chordata line stretches even further back into the Precambrian!!

China
China is unearthing a tremendous amount of fossils. I think Archeopterics was also unearthed in China. Today China is at the forefront and cutting edge. and to my knowledge they share openly with other countries. Cooperation is a wonderful thing.

I thin that China is also working with south Korea in the attempt to clone a wooly mammoth, but I am not certain of that fact.

But, But: I thought God was a Man.

If you are going to teach man. You come to him in the form and likeness of a man and teach him as a man. During that time to send anything less than a man would be folly and to send anything greater than man would be dangerous for man.

This is why when Moses encountered the burning Bush. He said tell me your name so that I may go and tell the people who you are. There response was." I am that I am" because if God said I am this........ then man would seek to destroy that which was not ........

Here is an interesting story that illustrates that point. For those who wish to read it...

interesting
one starts a thread about strange animals, inserts a slightly different gender application, and the guys experience 'perturbations'!!.Fascinating!!. If i had said 'we all may have evolved from this guy'' or 'mankind evolved from this guy, nothing would have been said beyond comments on the organism in question. Almost as if they somehow feel threatened by a simple word like 'girl'. That aside this is a virtual tour of a half Billion year old seabed.; Full of guys and girls.;burgess-shale.rom.on.ca To view click on 'view mp4'
