![]() A nearly raw, Flinstones size steak that overhangs the side of a plate strikes me as the manliest food item out there. |

![]() When my wife eats steak it's so rare a good veterinarian could bring it back to life. Mine has to be medium. |

![]() in Oz we call hot peppers 'chillies' that is why I chose the nic that I did. I love any hot spicy food. mostly the asian cuisines but I just add chillies to anything I eat. love it! |

![]() Reminds of that old one: Waiter: "How would you like your steak sir?" Man: " Knock it's horns off, wipe its bum and stick it on the plate" Seriously, "man food" is whatever I feel like eating at any time of the day or night, wearing as much or as little I want and sitting, standing or laying down wherever the hell I feel like!!!!! ....there are no rules |

![]() 1) a small dish of dried chili peppers Or, 2) Moon Pies Together? -- that's dinner. |

![]() I too normally like a degree of spicy food, but even more so now that I am pregnant. My husband loves spicy food so perhaps one or both of the girls will take after him in that respect. Though I'm guessing both, because they are genetically identical so I'm assuming they will like the same things? Anyway, I've had a compelling urge to put crushed red pepper and hot sauce on all kinds of things, and crave spicy and very salty things. I ate two orders of hot lamb vindaloo yesterday for lunch and a bag of jalapeño potato chips for breakfast the other day. I've gone through a few bottles of sriracha sauce and cleaned out the obscure hot sauce bottles that were on a shelf in the pantry. Like, for instance, habanero hot sauce is excellent on rosemary ham. I killed a pound of ham one time as a snack that way. Also I eat fries with sriracha sauce now, not ketchup. So tasty. I don't have cravings for "stereotypical" pregnancy food like chocolate. Chocolate actually made me nauseous for a while there. My husband bought me a case of chocolate bars with chili peppers in the chocolate because he thought I'd love them but the smell made me retch. As far as I know, dried red chili peppers are the only readily available dried condiment peppers available here. Is that what you're talking about or do you have a few different kinds to choose from down unda????? |

![]() Make a peanut butter and jam sandwich BUT, slice jalepeno pepper rings and place them on the peanut butter, then sprinkle red pepper flakes on the jam before you put the two pieces of bread together. You're welcome. |

![]() Also I've split a bunch of jalepenos, filled them with pepper jack and then baked them for 20 mins. Topped them with sriracha sauce. Very tasty snack. |

![]() the baked, tater tot is round like a cushion built for the tongue, with a crunchy skin you sink yore teeth into-- and then get drenched with that hot, soft, comforting center which, by the way it melts on your tongue, leaving you with just a morsel of satisfaction, makes you want more -- a frantic want which knows only one answer: the only way to respond to that temptation is to surrender. |
