Thank you for sharing this video, this is terrible. Just another example of big brother watching. The rights of all these Penguins are being violate. I am offended by this type of behavior ( oh wait offended is a different thread ) I am horrified by this behavior and will be contacting the American Civil Liberties Union so they can look into this.
