How to resign from your job??
I am thinking about it big time... Any hints without upsetting the bosses?

Give a notice, keep things friendly
Give them notice, If you are taking a new job or starting your own business. Be professional. The thing to remember is that the Grass always looks greener on the other side. Do your homework and you should do well in this resignation.

dont be a hypocrite! if you feel u haven't been treated fairly, say so. explain how,and say that is why you are moving on. dont havr to be abusive, just lay it on the line. if you dont and just slink meekly into the sunset,it will haunt u for years to come

Promises not kept
promises broken breach of their word verbally or written out? Show them that you are strong but also mindful. Sometimes its purely business and nothing personal. I am waiting for my next review and on my last yearly review I was at the top of scale, I got a 8 cents/hour raise or 12. What ever it was it made my pay a rounded off rate. I discussed this with management and at the time the company was up for sale. I was promised things would get better. We will see.

I actually am having a week off to stew over all the rubbish that is going on. I laugh that not 1 day has gone by and everything is going left...and now the bosses are worried that i may leave...Just cashing in on my sickies at the moment.Besides i have an interview tomorrow and then i will decide what i will do.

Well I hope it goes well. I'm still yet to get a job myself, so I can't tell you much about how to resign, but I would be honest, well, I would try at least. I'm not in your shoes though, so it's your call.
