I wish I was engaging in hyperbole. I am not. In the Senate this man is James Inhofe, a moronic (not in the good sense--like Mo, Mo II, etc.) young earth creationist who believes evolution and climate science are hoaxes. He was elected largely as a stiff middle finger salute to our nation's science community. For the House it is currently Lamar Smith, an idiot from Texas who, like Inhofe, also believes science is stupid. www.newyorker.com Mo2
