If you have a gripe or complaint about some universal aspect of the club, this is the place. If you want to weigh-in on the recent club activity, ask or comment away. I am available and accountable to decent, civilized comments and questions. |

Softaire Here is a decent civilized comment. If you ask Vic to chill and then have a go at him and allow another member to join in on that. How is that being a fair, decent or civilized moderator? You allowed VF veritable carte blanche to do in as he pleases and join in antagonizing and speaking for you. Yet you say nothing about that. Am I to infer that if I'm a Trump worshiper that I can be afforded certain protections that non Trump worshipers do not ? Because that's the message. I also find it ironic that I spelled out exactly what you two were doing and you still did it anyway. I guess the high road is for other people right. I mean you couldn't have remained silent and not posted. Oh that's right we tied one hand behind his back by telling him to relax as we badger and use language to provoke intentionally. I understand that you can do as you please here. I believe you knew exactly what you were doing and got exactly the results you were hoping for. Good for you. So the gripe part is infered in this message. If you would like me to further spell it out. I would be happy to. Or you can DM me if you prefer. |

You have misunderstood or misimagined what was actually said and the flow of the topic. VF and I had no communications and we had no collusion to "set up" Vic. I did NOT allow VF carte blanche to do anything. VF exercised his right to post his thoughts, just as Vic was doing. My conversations were with Vic, NOT VF. I think that your misunderstandings are due to your persistent biases against "The Man"... anyone with any degree of power, decision making, or control. You seem to dislike political people in elected decision-making positions, business leaders who control large influential and economically powerful organizations, government departmental or agency heads, and military leadership. That is not necessarily all bad; however, your views and dislikes are all from one side of the spectrum... the liberal-progressive side. If occasionally you modified your views to accept different views, or see the view from the other side, you might not always be on the negative side. In any event, what you think happened, did NOT happen. Vic was NOT "set up". He did it to himself in that last post. There are consequences for what we say and do. I said that I was sorry to have to do that. I even mentioned he could reapply to the club. Vic has made many fine posts, about many topics, and I have praised some of those. I hope that he does reapply... he was usually a good poster, although a little bit argumentative. |
