It's an interesting phenomena that the public
is waking up to. There is an entire spectrum of
information being served up to the public with
various probabilities of being true. That which
we experience first hand could be considered to
be 100% true, beyond that probabilities decline
depending on the sources; nonetheless, it may be
prudent to look even at information that appears
improbable, soas to leave no stone unturned, just
in case.

There are some who speculate that there is a nazi
operation in Antarctica, even a break-away civilization.
Kerry Cassidy has this subject well covered. There
is also speculation about hallow earth and various
civilizations living underground. I like the story, but
admit the probability of being true is slim. Another
theory is the moon is artificial. The only theory that
I give 0% chance of truth is flat earth.

Humans are clever, but by virtual of design are only

After listening to the news from the And We Know platform which is describing the massive impact of President Trump's MAGA Movement political policies I think I will have to disagree with this assignment above!

Article II of the American Constitution which gives Executive Powers to the American President, and seeing how AI has No influence on this President, I have to believe that the American Republic will be doing just fine in the foreseeable future.

My point was that humans have limited
observation and thinking power which limits
recognition of what may actually be going on;
however, humans have agency, empathy and
compassion which are characteristics far beyond
observing and computing.

This agency or free-will is what is so interesting
and the cause of much of the difficulties. The
makers of tobacco products or firearms are
exercising their free will, despite potentially
causing harm, could be one example. Everyone
has free will and this makes the world complex.

What throws the algorithms off is when people are
not out for themselves, as in game theory. With our
limitations, or because of them, humans have evolved
beyond the service-to-self paradigm.

American History Evidences Providential Care Trumping Evolutionary Chance
The premise that humans have evolved beyond the service-to-self paradigm fails to account for the key factor of God's Providential Care, which is central to the spiritual and moral development of those who believe in Him. According to theological perspectives, God's providence is not only about general care but also includes individual protection and guidance for the virtuous, as seen in Maimonides' writings on divine providence.
This concept suggests that God's care is active and personal, shaping the lives of believers in ways that transcend mere evolutionary development. Furthermore, the idea that humans are created in the image of God emphasizes their unique moral and spiritual capacities, which are not solely the result of biological evolution but are also shaped by divine purpose and care.
This divine care is seen as essential for the fulfillment of human potential and the achievement of spiritual growth. Additionally, the belief in God's providence provides a framework for understanding the moral responsibilities of humans, as they are called to act as stewards of creation and to reflect God's attributes in their lives.
Thus, the notion of divine providence remains a crucial element in the spiritual and ethical lives of believers, highlighting the importance of faith in shaping human destiny.

America's Providential Care
The concept of America's beliefs in God's providential care is deeply rooted in faith in biblical principles, as evidenced by historical and religious texts. Early Americans, including the Founding Fathers, often referenced divine providence in their writings and actions, emphasizing a belief in a God who actively guides and protects humanity, as seen in the Declaration of Independence.
This belief was not only a philosophical stance but also a practical foundation for their actions during the Revolutionary War and the formation of the United States.

Divine Providence in the Declaration of Independence: The Declaration of Independence includes a reference to "the Protection of Divine Providence," highlighting the Founders' belief in a God who actively supports their cause and provides guidance.
Faith and Reason: Philosophers like John Locke discussed the relationship between faith and reason, suggesting that faith is based on the testimony of others and is a form of probable consent, which aligns with the biblical view of faith.
God's Providential Care: Biblical passages such as Romans 8 emphasize the belief that all things work together for good for those who love God, reinforcing the idea of divine providence.
Spiritual Priorities: The Gospel of Luke highlights the importance of prioritizing spiritual life, as seen in the story of Mary and Martha, where Jesus emphasizes the importance of spending time with God over worldly tasks.
Christian Nationalism in Idaho: Recent developments in Idaho show a continued influence of biblical principles in shaping public policy, with groups advocating for the integration of Christian values into state governance.
God's Purpose: Religious teachings emphasize that God's purpose for individuals is to be made in His image and to live a life centered on Christ, reflecting the belief in divine providence and purpose.

Also, it would be negligent to discount the fact that the DNC and those affiliated with this political party have historically not been very keen in upholding traditional family/ or American values and have historically been opposed or dismissive of these values.

I think AI is a tremendous tool, but it has no agency.
Without agency, it does what the programmer tells it to do.
Because of this, we must ask if we can trust the programmer.
The other side of this is the garbage in / garbage out phenomena,
where the AI arrives at a conclusion based on inaccurate information,
or from propaganda. As such, I don't trust AI, but I see it as a tool.

In this time period, we are still competing with other nations. It would
be foolish not to develop AI while other nations are.

The flip side of that logic is that the tech companies are building avatars
of every citizen with accompanying databases of all activities and records.
This can be used to predict behaviors, and provide deep inroads into
social engineering and public manipulation. While this tech appears benign,
later on it may fall into the hands that are not benign. Therefore, when
considering AI and governance, I don't trust AI at all.

I think the lesson is "trust but verify" with AI.

However, looking past the Twilight Zone aspect of what the CIA has been doing for covering up their lies, getting into the abuses of power by whoever gets taken to the gallows, is the most important thing which President Trump's Administration has to get cleared up.

Moving forward the American people have to understand that they can again trust in the process of electing capable and honorable political representatives. If that doesn't happen what good will any of this do?

1. Presidential Immunity and Civilian Courts

As established in ‘Trump v. United States’ (2024) former presidents
enjoy absolute immunity within for actions within their core constitutional authority
and presumptive immunity for other official acts in civilian criminal prosecutions. This immunity is designed to protect the executive branch from undue interference and applies
to federal and state courts. However, the Supreme Court’s ruling does not explicitly address military tribunals, which operate under a separate legal framework.

2. Military Tribunals: Jurisdiction and Scope

Military Tribunals, such as those convened under the Military Code of Conduct (UCM)
or special tribunals (i.e., for Guantanomo detainees, are primarily disignated for:
- Members of the armed forces or civilians subject to military law (i.e., during wartime
or under specific conditions).

- Enemy combatants or individuals engaged in acts of war against the United States, as
defined by military law or statutes like the Military Commissions Act.

Former presidents, as civilians, generally are not subject to military jurisdiction ‘unless they engage in specific acts that fall under militar law’, ‘such as aiding enemies during
wartime’. ‘Treason, while a serious crime’ is typically prosecuted in civilian federal courts under 18 U.S.C. & 2381, ‘not military tribunals.’ ‘unless the indivual is actively in hostilities or “subject to martial law.”

Interesting observation by X22.
During his presidency, Obama had immunity.
After his presidency - Jan 2017 onward - he does not have immunity.

What I am very disappointed about is that historically
democrats stood for protections against corporate greed.
Now, the democrat platform has been so corrupted and
polluted with DEI and Climate fakery that their basic function
has been long forgotten, especially as we approach the age of
AI and advanced robotics which will take jobs and erode human rights.

The delicate balance of power has been unhinged due to the
unbridled corruption of our democrat leaders. It's no longer

I'm a Buddhist, so even if I don't subscribe to the
exact scripture - what matters is what those who practice this believe.

"Satan is the father of lies, and lies are the inversion of truth."

This inversion is apparent all over the place -
which is, by definition, satanism, e.g. "blame the victim",
transexualism, "trust the science", etc.
