I have numerous tattoos, not the least of which is USMC on my arm.

@Thumper
I actually don’t have any. Not because I have anything against them; the opportunity just never presented itself. I also don’t know what kind of tattoo I would get. I heard neck tattoos are the most painful to get, but can’t remember where I heard that.

I got my first tat (USMC) while stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC in 1980. It seemed to be the right thing to do at the time.

@Thumper
I can see that. Had I been in the military, especially the USMC, I probably would have done the same thing.

Not trying to be contrary here but Bill Nye is a 70 year old manufactured TV personality who reads scripts written by someone else. His only claim to fame was as a mechanical engineer for Boeing in Seattle where he supposedly invented a hydraulic resonance suppressor tube (inline hydraulic baffle) to help reduce the noise and vibration of 747 aircraft engines in 1985. By that criteria I'm a scientist.
Note: We never met or worked together.

Sir Isaac Newton on the other hand was the real deal who changed the world before he was 30.
