hogfysshe 29-Jan-25, 18:32	Jon, I like old stereo gear, too. decent power sent out to good quality speakers produces the best sound. bizarre that listening to a SINGLE bluetooth speaker has become so popular. some of my old gear needs cleaning. a few unwanted pops and clicks. another thing on my to-do list.
jonheck 30-Jan-25, 01:57	hogfysshe <bizarre>. Agree. A single Bluetooth speaker is more like noise when compared a nice stereo. Wildly popular surround sound fairs only slightly better. If live performance like sound is what ya want, the only way to go is stereo. If you have identified the sweet spot in the room, congratulations, thats even better.

Sometimes with a FLAC file, I flash back to my old Harmon Kardons from decades ago. BTW H-K makes Bluetooth speakers too. (one of these days) the following has instructions to dual audio your IOS as well Androids... boomspeaker.com
