What is a phenomena?
Life is a phenomena
Ants are a phenomena.
You are a phenomena.
The earth is a phenomena.
God's Universe is a phenomena.

And, indeed, God is the most wondrous of all phenomenon.

There is no such thing as 'a phenomena'.

The singular is 'phenomenon'.

Bob
Y'all's 13:53 post.
Thanks Bob, but I've always thought that a phenomenon was more than one phenomena (see plural) and it appears that the gameknot spell check agrees with me.

Try spell-check correcting this if you dare: phenomenas

Hm-mm?
Google search says that my thinking is reversed --- must be because I'm 80 years old, huh Mate?

From Google
>>Phenomenon (singular): This refers to a single, observable event or process. For example, a solar eclipse, the motion of tides, or the behavior of a particular species of plant in response to changes in light. Phenomena (plural): This term is used to refer to multiple observable events or processes.<<

Or maybe I should revise rule seven to say "all typos, etc. other than those made by the founder ... ...", huh mate?
