Wow. You’re feeling the hate today 😡

Missionaries do a lot more than spread the Gospel, though that’s obviously the most important thing they do. The missionaries I’m aware of also tend to people’s physical and emotional needs.

How are you helping people, Jeff?

I thought atheists didn’t believe people had a soul.

Where’d it come from?

From our pal zorroloco:

<<I agree
If people want a discussion, join the club. It’s ridiculous to have a discussion across clubs. We saw how that didn’t work with Andrew,>>

‘Cause you kept losing the debate? It worked fine for me! 😉

<<and the clubs are healthier since were not engaged in a running dialogue outside the club, which is awkward and nonproductive,>>

Yes, echo chambers filled with “Good post. I agree” tend to be healthier if by healthier you mean repetitive, dogmatic and sleep inducing.

<<I’ve undeleted the thread and removed the first to posts in case people want to discuss why cross club convo is for the birds.>>

You guys (atheists) throw people out of your clubs because you can’t back up what you claim or refute what believers say and then continue repeating your silly mantras and evidence-free claims and get offended when someone in another club (that’d be me) calls you out on it.

You guys aren’t interested in a debate. You’re just interested in spewing propaganda. It’s why your clubs are echo chambers and you think “cross club convo is for the birds.”

You don’t want your views and opinions challenged, and you don’t want your views and opinions challenged ‘cause you can’t back ‘em up.

<<Stal... if you’d like to delete it again, no problem.>>

Good post. I agree.

From our pal Shiva:

<<Andrew does not seek dialogue but instead a platform. Actually, a pulpit.>>

I respond to everything you guys write about God, Christianity, etc. with logic and facts.

That you can’t refute what I write doesn’t mean I don’t seek dialogue; it just means you can’t refute what I write.

And, as per usual, you guys (atheists) are going back to lying about me and seem ready to start attacking again because your assertions, opinions and claims have been completely busted and you’ve got nothing else.

When you guys (atheists) run out of substance, you go on the attack. It’s as predictable as the sunrise.

But aren’t you supposed to be ignoring me? How many times have you guys said you’re going to ignore me?

You guys couldn’t ignore me if your lives depended on it.

Another entry in the “Bad ideas” thread…

<<Believing in a literal interpretation of Religious texts at the expense of common sense.>>

You know what’s really a bad idea? Or a really bad idea?

Believing God created the entire universe and everything inanimate in it, but, when it came to life, He only created a single-called organism, and then blind chance (otherwise known as random mutations and natural selection) created the incredible complexity and diversity of life we see today.

You know what’s an even worse idea?

Believing a wacky, symbolically off-the-rails interpretation of Genesis 1 when you can’t reconcile that to Genesis 2 or chapters in Genesis that follow it.

Also a bad idea ‘cause it’s so logically inconsistent: Believing the theory of evolution and also believing humans were created in the image of God.

Huh?! What?!

And another entry in the “Bad ideas” thread…

<<Trusting science for all the answers.>>

Totally agree 👍👍

<<Trusting that all the answers are knowable>>

Agree here too - God is not entirely understandable. If a human mind could understand, comprehend and know everything about God, He wouldn’t be God.

Wow. We agree!

I haven’t followed the Rittenhouse case at all, but it’s clear from reading some comments on here what happens when people don’t believe in God.

Humans, imo, are hard-wired to believe in something greater than themselves, and if that “something greater” isn’t God, it usually becomes politics. Atheists on here seem to divide people (or, more accurately, groups of people) into “good guys” and “bad guys,” and the “good guys” are always right and the “bad guys” are always wrong.

We actually saw this comment about Rittenhouse from a law enforcement officer(!)

<<I hope that those people who don't know the different degrees of murder, now understand it.

From the definitions above it seems clear to me that this is second degree murder...... but then, I am a police officer, not a lawyer.

But I still maintain that he could reasonably foresee the consequences of his actions.>>

I hope a rape victim who wore a short skirt to a bar never files a complaint with this law enforcement officer!

Especially if she fought off her rapist by hitting him over the head with a beer bottle - he’d charge her with assault! Because she “could reasonably foresee the consequences of her actions” in wearing a short skirt to a bar.

Ask yourselves this: What if a member of Antifa or Black Lives Matter went to a riot of evangelical conservatives (not that such a riot is likely to take place) and wound up killing two conservative evangelicals in what could be construed as self defense.

Do you think the atheists on here would say the Antifa or Black Lives Matter individual should be charged with murder? Of course not. Because the atheists’ standards and morality shift like sand depending on whether someone is from a “good guy” group or a “bad guy” group.

That’s why you didn’t see a single thread in this forum when New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was forced to resign because of sexual harassment allegations. Cuomo was a Democrat and therefore in a “good guy” group. But if a Republican governor had been forced to resign due to sexual harassment allegations, you would have seen multiple threads on here. Why? Because Republicans are in one of the atheists’ “bad guy” groups.

When you believe in God, your standards and morality aren’t based on politics and whether someone’s in a “good guy” group or a “bad guy” group.

Now I freely admit I haven’t followed the Rittenhouse case and what I know of it is based on what I’ve read on here.

But if the argument is Rittenhouse deserves to be charged with murder because he went armed to a riot to protect property or people and was pursued and threatened by rioters that he shot in self defense, *but he should have foreseen that he would be pursued and threatened by rioters,* then I fail to see how a murder charge is warranted.

Except for Rittenhouse being in one of the atheists’ “bad guy” groups.

Hey zorroloco,

Thanks for deleting bobspringett’s false post about me.

Apparently Bobereno didn’t get the memo that you guys are supposed to be ignoring me.

I trust you’ve informed him.

Thanks, pal!

<<As far as Andrew, no, I have no interest in involving myself with such an individual- his constant hate and sudden targeting of myself, for no reason I can discern, is just not worth my while to pursue. It takes to much energy to involve one self with such negative thoughts and emotions- I much rather spend my energy on positive things. I have enough negative emotions and actions at the office and I choose not to be exposed to more.>>

<<With regard to the posts deleted by zorro (including yours): they were all related to hate posts in another club, two of whch were reported to GK. That resulted in deletion of the worst hate-posts in that other club, on which basis zorro decided to delete all related posts in Fiat Lux as well. I think that was an excellent decision. We don't want to have anything to do with said club or it's single member despite the fact that he still continues his hate-filled posting against this Club and some of its Members.>>

The atheists in FIAT LUX III are among the most hateful people I’ve “met” in cyberspace. Just read the thread on here entitled “The 10-Week Campaign of Hate.” All of those hate posts (and plenty more exist that I didn’t bother posting) were from the founder and moderators in that club. What prompted that much hate? I criticized the theory of evolution and intentionally misspelled the name of that club. And that’s it.

The fact that I responded in kind after 10 weeks of harassment, smears and attacks by the members of that club - all of whom occupy leadership positions - is regrettable but hardly surprising.

And I deleted those posts of my own volition - not because they were false or unwarranted, but because I regretted getting into the sewer that club. Better to leave folks who enjoy being in the sewer to themselves and their own devices.

The fact that the founder of that club lets his and his moderators hate posts stand - which clearly violate GameKnot’s Rules of Conduct - shows the depth of his depravity and what little respect for this website he has.

<<What we shouldn’t do>>

But which you’ll do anyway…

<<Talk about Andrew or his club.>>

There it is! Your attempt to ignore me failed again (as it always does.) And mentioning me in the context of saying you shouldn’t mention me doesn’t count as ignoring me.

<<Every mention of his name inspires another 2 weeks of derivative posting about other clubs and it’s members.>>

Not other clubs, plural. Just the one club and its moderators who are fanatics about the theory of evolution and obsessed with anyone who sees it for the rubbish that it is.

<<He feeds on the negative attention like a mosquito bite itches more when scratched.>>

That’s an old wives tale.

<<This post will do the same.>>

You got the response from me you wanted. But two weeks’ worth? I don’t think so.

But you guys will go on a hate posting rampage again if I criticize the theory of evolution. That’s that club’s Achilles’ heel. And why? Because you’re all atheists and it’s your religion.

<<America is deservedly headed down the toilet. Faith in America among the educated is so quaint and old school. More and more people ask why bring children into the world just to watch America collapse and the coming suffering? Let America serve as a warning not a model.>>

Yeah, a warning of what happens when a large percentage of the population - and particularly of the country’s ruling class - abandon God.

Because that’s what’s been going on over the last several decades, and that’s why America is in the shape it’s in.
