JD Vance is a Knob
I’m uncertain as to what there was to apologize for. The statement was plenty accurate enough.

Maybe an Australian can explain it.

In Australian slang, "knob" is a derogatory term used to refer to a person considered annoying, stupid, or unpleasant; essentially meaning "idiot" or "jerk" - similar to how "knobhead" is used in British English.

sounds like a perfect description of the us vp's character...

Probably why he used it. And judging from what I've seen so far . I agree.

I could find far better 4-letter words than 'knob" to describe my opinion of our great VP, JD Vance.

Indeed. I first thought of "knob" as a creative way to describe Vance's favorite mushroom.
See Stormy Daniel's description of trump's tool.

"He knows he has an unusual penis," Daniels wrote. "It has a huge mushroom head. Like a toadstool..."

Knob
Back when I was in college the expression "she polished his knob" was a common euphemism for fellatio. So, like Mo, I kind of connected that to Vance's favorite mushroom as well. This was NOT Stormy's favorite mushroom--she received a LOT of hate mail for describing the president's equipment using the Mario Kart Toad's appearance. "I'm a professional, and I couldn't tell. He just squealed, 'I'm yuge,' then rolled off exhausted," the proxy daughter porn star explained.

That could be more gross, had Groper been aiming to acquire his "red wings." In browsing the internet on motorcycle gangs (I don't recall now why) that expression cropped up. The context is sort of the opposite of "knob polishing," if you catch my drift. [Another mild double entendre, this one entirely unintentional, but illuminated for Andrew's spiritual edification.]

Has the Knob's Opinion Changed?
Eight years ago JD Knob compared Comrade Krasnov to Hitler. I wonder if he still feels the same. I am inclined to think he does, and has simply compromised his moral values, relegating that "nonsense" to the dustbin for personal gain.

Krasnov has never called JD a knob, so perhaps I shouldn't either. I'm of a divided mind about this one. I prefer only using Groper's epithets.

www.reuters.com

This morning Al Green was censured for shouting at Comrade Krasnov. Greene and Boebert were not so much as reprimanded for their horrible performance during Biden's SOTU address. Now, I think censure may have been a bit extreme. I looked up why legislators get reprimanded/censured/expelled. George Santos was expelled. I need to look up the vote on that one to see who voted against expulsion. Those cats would all be morally compromised. Paul Gosar was censured for posting a video of himself (which he defended) sawing off the head of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and then attacking Biden. Censure seemed most appropriate for that gross debacle.

This was followed by Adam Schiff being censored for pointing out Krasnov colluded with Russia. Krasnov actually DID collude--at least his campaign staff had. Krasnov pardoned Manafort and Stone over their collusion efforts, and then began a repeated series of lies he titles the "Russia, Russia, Russia" hoax. Look, Stone coordinated the release of the "Russia, if you're listening," email, while Manafort was convicted for delivering sensitive campaign polling data to Russian agents, in addition to failing to declare his campaign efforts on behalf of the Ukrainian puppet Putler installed--Viktor Yanukovych. That name was hard to find because if you enter "Putin's Puppet" into Google the results come back mostly JD Vance and Comrade Krasnov.

It's long been pretty clear Krasnov operates at Putin's behest.

I acquired my "red wings" about 5-decades ago.
You simply need to be careful --- a feat that took me a couple lessons to learn.

He says that you can tell Captain Eyeliner isn’t going to whip up airplane hangars of crowds into a murderous frenzy against his own government, because he lacks that demon-possessed capability.

JOB also agrees it is vapid ignorance the EU was created to blacken America’s eye. I wish I had transcripts of his broadcasts I could read and cut and paste. Maybe voice to text transcription works on English accents too?

J. D. Vance could possibly be a more dangerous POTUS than trump because he's smart and a law-dog, and that could be bad news for an deep alt-right president choice.

Quite right.

I confess I was wrong in my expectations during Trump's first term. I thought that after the mid-terms and Trump's COVID incompetence, the GOP would realise that They needed to do something. So shafting Trump and installing Pence (whose name was not a cause of hissing at that time) would be a smart tactical move. But they were too chicken to walk out an open door.

Spineless McConnell
It would have been so simple for him to vote to remove Groper, ending the threat to democracy. He failed out of fear moral fortitude would damage the GOP.

Trump would not have been able to run again, by just that simple vote. Not just his, of course, but another half dozen would have been persuaded by his leadership to excise America’s malignant tumor. Now it has metastasized in our pancreas. The end result won’t be pretty.
