My house closes on the 27th of this month (2/27/25) and Dotty just listed her house today with her nephew real estate agent. Dotty doesn't need to sell her house before we move, so it's looking like we will be hopping into my Mercedes Benz and speeding South-West to Sun City, AZ sometime during early to mid April, even I'll be ready to go anytime after 3/27 or so.
