Democrats love vigilantes when they’re BLM or antifa

Now that he has been acquitted, it is important to analyze the narrative about Kyle Rittenhouse traveling to Kenosha, Wisconsin, to protect a car dealership from being vandalized. Many leftist politicians and pundits have categorized Rittenhouse as a vigilante for his actions; the same people have declared how vigilantism is criminal and should not be tolerated. Yet, these very same people change their standards when it is done under the banners of Black Lives Matter and antifa. These vigilantes receive a different narrative — portrayed as heroic and fighting back against injustice.

Whether or not one approves of Rittenhouse’s actions, he was doing what he believed to be right. However, the same standards should apply to those BLM and antifa rioters. Rittenhouse shouldn’t be demonized while many on the Left celebrate those of BLM and antifa essentially as freedom fighters. Democrats weaponize the law and public opinion against those that run counter to their ideologies. They condemn Rittenhouse as a vigilante, but they love vigilantism when they are BLM or antifa members.

Consider the rhetoric used to describe Rittenhouse by many on the Left — starting with President Joe Biden, who inexplicably labeled Rittenhouse a white supremacist. There is a long list of other politicians and pundits who have vilified him with similar nefarious adjectives. Yet, when it came to antifa and the violence they caused throughout the country, Biden refused to acknowledge they even existed, calling them “an idea, not an organization.” Furthermore, Biden has failed to say anything negative about the destruction caused by the BLM protests that have resulted in people being killed and millions of dollars of destruction. In those instances, the vigilantes are providing a “wake-up call for our nation.” The hypocrisy is disgusting.

“I won’t traffic in fear and division. I won’t fan the flames of hate,” Biden said in June 2020. Except that is exactly what Biden did when he vilified a teenager who defended himself from being savagely beaten and potentially killed. Rittenhouse killed two people in self-defense; those harmed and killed by BLM and antifa rioters were acts of aggression. Biden, and his fellow Democrats, have no problem sowing divisiveness and hatred. They just do so when it is convenient for them.

DM's Washington post about Kyle in Wisconsin bar with Proud boys.
Washington post is owned by Amazon Jeff Bezos who is pro-Democrat party. Like other left wing media such as CNN and MSNBC, they are still condemning Kyle Rittenhouse. IMHO, he did not commit any crime by association with Proud Boys and going to the bar. I will comment further why he did not commit any crime in this situation.

Kyle Rittenhouse flashed hate symbols, posed with Proud Boys in a Wisconsin bar, prosecutors say

The excursion raised red flags for prosecutors handling the state’s case against Rittenhouse, who is charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding a third during an August protest following the police shooting of a Black man in Kenosha, Wis.

On Wednesday, the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office asked a judge to forbid Rittenhouse from drinking alcohol, using “white supremacist” signs and spending time with members of the Proud Boys, a male-chauvinist group with ties to white nationalism.

“The defendant’s continued association with members of a group that prides itself on violence, and the use of their symbols, raises the significant possibility of future harm,” prosecutors said in a motion.

An attorney representing Rittenhouse did not immediately return a message from The Washington Post late Wednesday. In court, his attorneys have argued Rittenhouse acted in self-defense in the shootings. The then-17-year-old told police he traveled to Kenosha, armed with a gun he purchased using a coronavirus relief stimulus check, to protect a car dealership and render first aid amid unrest over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

Far-right groups, including the Proud Boys, have rallied behind Rittenhouse, defending his actions and hailing him as a hero. President Trump refused to condemn the shooting and suggested Rittenhouse may have been defending himself.

Photos of Rittenhouse socializing with Proud Boys at Pudgy’s Pub first surfaced on social media last week, the Kenosha News reported. Amid public outrage over the photos, police visited the bar and viewed security footage but determined Rittenhouse had not violated the terms of his bail or broken Wisconsin law, which allows adults under 21 to drink alcohol in bars if accompanied by a parent.

According to court records obtained by The Washington Post, Rittenhouse arrived at Pudgy’s Pub with his mother on Jan. 5, about 90 minutes after he pleaded not guilty in a remote court hearing. He had been released from jail in November after posting a $2 million bond, which his former attorney John Pierce said was raised through “Internet fundraising.” Prosecutors noted neither Rittenhouse nor his family had to put up any property or money of their own as collateral for his release.

Inside the bar, prosecutors said, several adults welcomed him and “loudly serenaded” the 18-year-old with a rendition of “Proud of Your Boy,” a song originally written for Disney’s “Aladdin” that has in recent years been claimed as an anthem by the Proud Boys.

Then Rittenhouse posed for photos with the men, prosecutors said. Photos filed as evidence by the Kenosha prosecutors show the teenager flashing a hand sign that has been designated as a hate symbol by the Anti-Defamation League.

“In these photographs, the defendant and the other adult males flashed the ‘OK’ sign, which has been co-opted as a sign of ‘white power’ by known white supremacist groups,” prosecutors said.

In the motion filed Wednesday, prosecutors asked that Rittenhouse be banned from associating with members of any “violent white supremacist groups,” including the Proud Boys. Prosecutors noted his association with the group “may serve to intimidate potential witnesses, who may be unwilling to testify in this case because they may fear that the defendant’s associates will harm them or their families.”

The Proud Boys have a history of participating in violence, especially at protests, prosecutors said. The motion also noted members of the group were present at the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

The photos also showed Rittenhouse drinking beers inside the bar with several adults, including his mother, Wendy Rittenhouse, the court filings said.

Prosecutors asked a judge to restrict Rittenhouse from consuming alcohol as part of his bail conditions.

“The State of Wisconsin prohibits those under the age of 21 from possessing or consuming alcohol (with some limited exceptions) because underage drinkers are not mature enough to handle alcohol responsibly,” prosecutors said. “Furthermore, the consumption of alcohol increases the likelihood of violent criminal acts.”

The court has not set a time to consider the request from prosecutors. A final pretrial hearing in his case is scheduled for March 10, and jury selection is set to begin on March 29.

So far, Rittenhouse did not commit any crime.
Until and unless proven otherwise by the court of law, everybody is presumed innocent. Democrats including MSM, CNN and MSNBC want to change that common sense. They want to say that Trump and Rittenhouse were guilty until and unless the court of law found them to be innocent. Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges that we are aware of. He is a free man.

Rittenhouse who was underage went to the bar with her mother as a guardian and therefore according to the law in that area he could go there and allowed to booze.

Is it a crime to associate with Proud Boys ? I don't believe so unless he takes part in their criminal activities. Mr Rosenbaum was seen ranting N word and was taking part in violent protest at Kenosha. He set fire to flammable trash in dumpster and pushed it towards police who were protecting the building and properties. In year 2020 there were about 600 BLM and Antifa violent protests with looting, burning, vandalism etc.

GOP senator Mitt Romney was seen together with peaceful BLM protesters at Washington DC. So do, Democrat politicians and other black leaders like Al Sharpton is collaborating with BLMs. They were seen marching together in peaceful protests.

Jesus can be worshiped by anybody including the criminals. If so, will Jesus become a criminal ? The analogy is similar. By association with Proud Boys who adore him, he cannot be automatically become a bad guy, IMHO. Kyle Rittenhouse said loud and clear that I have no objection to BLM if they protest peacefully.

Lies
BLM has continuously denounced and opposed violence in communities across the country. It was never members of BLM who encouraged violence of any kind or arson. But it is a common lie they did.

Also, a ludicrous conspiracy theory is that BLM and Antifa infiltrated and provoked the J6 MAGA insurrection. Fools buy this theory, but it is utterly idiotic. Why would Antifa support ANY activity to potentially overturn election results they favored?

It would be like someone winning a lottery, and burning their ticket to help them collect the prize.
