 Is J/6 congressional hearing violating, "Due Process of Law?"IMHO, Democrats are violating "Due Process of Law" in the land of America that we live. Human Rights (HR) values are incorporated into the US constitution as "Bill of Rights." UN also has charter on Human Rights. To summarize the implication of HR with our daily lives in a nutshell, we all can say, "We all are born equal under the law of the land." If anyone breaks the law, each lawbreaker will receive equal amount (no more, no less) of punishment. Before we can indict and punish a suspected criminal, we have laws to protect the suspected criminal's defense because how can we know that the suspect is falsely accused of wrong doings for the benefit or political gain of the accuser. Trump is being accused of inciting and ringleader of J6 insurrection. Insurrection is a serious crime and treason which is punishable by death. Rosenburg Jewish couple who gave away the making of nuclear bomb secrets from Manhattan project to former Soviet Union were exterminated. It is clear to me that J6 committee clearly violates 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments of the US constitution. Please check the above youtube video on "Due Process of Law". (To be continued) |
