Groper earlier moved the embassy from Tel Aviv, where all the other embassies remain, to the far less convenient Jerusalem, to piss on the Muslims. There were illegal West Bank settlements named in Groper’s honor. Now the ambassador is a man who believes Palestine is a myth, should NEVER have a homeland, and is occupying Israeli soil. He believes the final solution is their extermination. And Groper’s new Muslim ban may be enforced by the military, and not blocked by his stacked SCOTUS this time.

bobspringett 27-Jun-25, 15:43	Do Muslims 'owe' the Democrats? This is the thrust of DM's third link. It shows a profoundly poor understanding of how politics should work. No, Muslims don't 'owe' the Democrats. No voter 'owes' any party anything! It is the party that 'owes' the voter. The elected politicians 'owe' a duty of care to the voter to do a whole long list of things. That's why they are given the job, like an employee on a fixed contract. If they don't perform up to scratch, they can be replaced in the next contract period. But voters have a duty to THEMSELVES to be thoughtful as they engage their employees. Muslim voters, just like Jewish voters, black voters, Hispanic voters, left-handed voters and voters whose surnames include a vowel, all have that duty to choose the applicant most likely to perform better than the others. Did these Muslim voters (who owe the Democrats nothing) vote on the basis of thoughtful consideration, or out of spite? They're right; they don't owe Democrats anything. But how much do they owe themselves?

As the third paragraph in particular should have made clear, I blame VOTERS who voted for Trump. The mention of Muslim voters was there for no reason except that I wanted to refute those who DID blame Muslims. The blame belongs not to Muslims, Jews, blacks, Hispanics, left-handers or people with a vowel in their surnames, but to Trump voters of whatever watermark.
