A president cannot be held accountable for any crimes perpetrated from within the Oval Office, up to and including the assassination of political rivals. So Trump gave Obama a “get out of jail free” card, which Obama won’t ever have to play because he never landed on the “go to jail” square. So the best Trump might hope for is assassinating Obama—that would be legal, and he would get away with it. The conflict would be between Obama's security detail and Seal Team Six.
