![]() I recall many years ago, during the Apartheid era, when a couple of South Africans dropped in on my Bible Study group. They said that South Africa was a microcosm of the world. "If South Africa can't find peace, then the world can't find peace." That has stuck with me, and in many ways shaped my attitudes to Australia's own Original Sin with the Aboriginal peoples. We don't need to look backwards, but to establish justice as we go forwards. I am touched that your niece had both the situational awareness of 'race' from the past, but also the blindness to how she related to her peers in the present. An excellent perspective! Much the same thing is happening here in Oz with our huge immigration programme. This heartens me greatly. Here is a chart of the percentage of Australian households that have English as their domestic tongue. en.wikipedia.org |

![]() Also, Mr. Trump's advisors fed him a farce claiming photographs taken in the DRC are from South Africa. I would fire them all immediately. And the claim that the crosses are a true representation of the number is ridiculous! I believe I have told you all about the site before, and how it came to be. I have also read the first four stories on the link by mo-oneandmore- who am I to argue against learned scholars from the ISS? Oh wait! Here is a question they don't address and answer! Why are the European farmers killed in 'robberies' but not a single piece of property is taken? Why are the women raped, and then killed in front of their children? And nothing is taken...... I have agreed before, and said it myself, that European farmers are not subject to this alone. African farmers face the same problems. I have also said that although the government represent the statistics and figures faithfully correct, the actual definitions behind the statistics are flawed. I will defend that assertion until proven wrong. I tried to Google the words Silent Genocide South Africa, a topic which have been abundantly discussed in public media in the past. I do not see any such links now- not from South Africa, anyway. All point to Israel/Gaza, Sudan, Darfur and other places. It is clear to me that Google has manipulated the hits on these key words. I wonder why. |

![]() Trump certainly isn't as gullible as he shows. He knows that what he proclaims is a pile of wildebeest excrement. But he wants others to believe it, so that's what he says. He has been doing that same trick for ten years now, starting with the 'Birther Conspiracy'. It's also pretty obvious to anyone who looks at more than the headlines that the 'White Genocide' is not the work of ordinary criminals, or even organised crime in the usual sense; it is politically motivated terrorism. As you say, it is more closely related to Gaza, Sudan and Darfur. I might also add Boku Haram to the list. But the American domestic market needs to be spoon-fed in categories they expect. That's what Don gives them. |
