Sandra Lauer was not only rated #1 in the majority of the world for Pop singers back in the 1980's and 1990's,but had a brilliant,complex and angelical voice that was judged by millions of Pop fans and thousands of music pro's to be #1 throughout Europe,Asia and beyond.Her voice was judged to be much more superior in a thousand ways to the top rated USA female Pop artist Madonna back in the 1980's/1990's!! I am not just a fan of Sandra but had recorded her in Belgium and France back in the day.So,I am considered a world authority on her music,history,style,her music video's and albums,her life in Germany and Ibiza and much more.I met her again actually on Aug 12,2022 in Elizabeth NJ at the Ritz Plaza Performing Arts Center.Not just as a fan in the audience,but downstairs before her concert with only a select few others!We had wine,hors d'oeuvres,autographs,pictures taken with her and some chat.Even at her age 60,it was a high honor to meet her again!!!Her voice is not the same,granted and of course,she is not that same beauty she was in the 1980's/1990's.But we all change.Meeting the legend and letting her sing some of her classics from those two decades,made the audience scream and clap so much...at times I put my fingers in my ears!!!!!And many of those fans were in their 20's!!!! Think about that for a moment!!!It shows you for one thing...that legends live on and on. And most of those fans were,of course,from the USA...not Europe,where Sandra reigns from!! Food for thought. |

I am nether a professional writer,nor have I known Sandra Lauer professionally.But,I have followed her career all the way back to 1976 when she produced her very first single.Her music,all of her music video's,many of the comments under those music video's over the years,I keep a record of or thoughts about.When I met Sandra in Aug of 2022 in NJ,some of the subjects I brought up about her to her Euro fans,did not even know what I knew! So,some of my biography of her,may or may not be easily retrieved on the net.Example's would be:Comments made UNDER her music video's over the years by her fans!So,I consider myself(by opinion only)to be a world authority on much of her history as a singer.I am sure,not the top authority,but at the very least,one of her biggest fans ever. |
