The fourth amendment of US constitution protects all the citizens from unreasonable search and seizure. In order to achieve this protection, the law enforcement agents have to obtain the warrants from the judge. At this point DOJ-AG has the authority to look into how FISA warrants were obtained to spy and search on Trump and his team.
