Canon - Pachelbel 25th Symphony - Mozart Adagio for Strings - Barber Carmina Burana - Orff (I'm with Zrinka on this one) The Planets - Holst (ibid) 9th - Beethoven Soundtrack from Mishima - Glass Goldberg Variations - Bach Water Music - Handel Oh, I could go on and on......

I listen to classical music all the time and I find it an impossible task to choose a composer or a piece because the choice you make depends of the mood you're in at that time. I love Monteverdi and nearly everyone up to Cage and Boulez.
