This is a tough one; becuase I hear Classical Music a lot;and to narrow down...is quite a big test. However here I go:

Symphony nr 3,5,6,7 and 9 (Beethoven)
The last 4 string quartes (Beethoven)
Violin Concerto in D (Beethoven)
Piano Concerto nr 5 (Beethoven)
Moonlight Sonata (Beethoven)
Symphony Fantastique (Berlioz)
Requiems (Mozart,Verdi,Brahms and Berlioz)
Violin concertos (Brahms,Mendelsshon,Tchailovsky and Beethoven)
Coffee Cantata (Bach)
Bradenburg concertos (Bach)
Mandolin concertos (Vivaldi)
The four seasons (Vivaldi)

Black Sabbath
I'm kidding even if they've become sort of classical. I listen to classical music all the time and I find it an impossible task to choose a composer or a piece because the choice you make depends of the mood you're in at that time. I love Monteverdi and nearly everyone up to Cage and Boulez.
