De Mona. Though comparisons can be oderous the young lady could not often stop reflecting on the ill-made naming of her kingdom. Metroland did beguile its real origins in its ancient title of Motherland. For some unknown reason the princess felt suffocated by this historical insight. For amusement she would often gaze out the castle windows to watch the old black ram frolicking gaily with the fresh white ewes on glorious summer afternoons in the rainbow meadows below. Her father hated the old ram and had threatened to do away with it but the princess had intervened on the creatures behalf more than once to save the day...

by promising to marry the Prince of a neighboring kingdom. This particular marriage would assure peace between the kingdoms and raise her father's prestige considerably. Unfortunately, De Mona was not truly in love with her betrothed. For one thing, his name was Shemp. Futhermore, he possessed a penchant for kleptomania. No, De Mona did not love Shemp. Rather, her heart belonged to....

Leonardo...
The tender of the sheep, and the kind, gentle caretaker of the black ram. Unfortunately, as all Kings do, her father frowned upon any intermingling of royalty and a poor farm worker. The Princess, however, was quite taken with Leonardo...as he was handsome, kind, honest, and trustworthy....much unlike Shemp.

Baltazar
And then there was Baltazar, a wicked and mischievious Black Knight; who was known for his charm with the ladies. He was eager to become King of Metroland, and he hated the King. He was willing to marry at any price to the Princess; so he went to King Xantu and convey his intentions and false feelings to Xantu. However there has been a tradition in Metroland; in order to marry Princess De mona, an old traditional competition is held at the kingdom of Metroland.

However,
Baltazar, who's charm with the ladies was well known, had quite an admirer by the name of Wilimena. Wilimena had escapades in the past with Baltazar, but he was not interested in her because her father was not King Xantu. Unbeknownst to Baltazar, Wilimena was quite friendly with Shemp and they had a goal in common....Shemp wanted Princess de Mona and Wilimena wanted Baltazar. So, they conspired....

Meanwhile, Princess de Mona, hearing speculation of a competition which touted her hand in marriage as the ultimate prize, confided in her aide and best friend Vespa that she needed to sneak out of the kingdom, as she was having none of her father's traditions....she only wanted to be with Leonardo.

The 'everywhen'
The King of metroland took none too kindly to any talk of a union of opposites between his daughter whether lowly hayseeds or the heathen black knights. He did cloak a naked villany underneath a fascade of holy writ concealing dark and shadowy thoughts while riding his fiery chariot of virtue. His sole purpose was to dominate the whole of Gwynedd of which Metroland was a small and seething kingdom always striving for attention from its bigger brothers by any means. As every tongue brings several tales he did proclaim a competiton where the best tale told won the princess' hand marriage...

Leonardo learns about the news
The town of Vasalla, was a prosperous town with mechants, nobles, and slaves. The town of Vasalla was paying high taxes to the Kingdom of Metroland. The King was not aware of these high taxes, it was a dirty and inmoral law dictated by the King's Adviser Ranton. He also had plans for hismself in getting engaged to the princess DeMona. He was allied to Baltazar.
In the meantime the new of the competition runs in the whole town of Vasalla; and Leonardo just happen to be with his best friend Raoul, who was loyal and humble sheppard. They were sitting down at the market place, drinking their hometown beer.
Now what sort of competition was? Did Leonardo was capable to compete such hard task ?

The Black Knight's Tale
'Tell me Sir Knight of what do you say in regard to my father's charge that you are swindler'
'Every man pursues his own purposes my lady'
'What doest thou conjecture.'
'Only that thy father should know that twixt King and tyrants there's this difference known;
kings seek their subject's good, tyrants their own.'
'Is that your tale Sir Knight.?'
'Tis all my lady, save this that I covet not thy wealth for I wouldst not barter my running brook valley for riches which bring me more trouble.'
'Well said sir knight'
‘Further more my lady I admit to know thee not and as my love is little now it will last thee long.’
The Princess gathers up hers skirts and departs to her enchanted chambers where she listens the sweet melodious tones of Sade cooing 'Love is stronger than Pride'.

Soliloquy of a Princess
The King offers gifts that he doth believe will feed a noble mind. I in kind should give up all thoughts of my black knight though his image is ever before my mind’s eye. Lavish gifs do melt into the mud when the giver proves cruel and unkind. Of what if it proves true the black knight’s lust when truly if all men did reveal their desert who would avoid a good thrashing. The King would have me climb a craggy winding cliff to his heaven while he doth prance on a golden buttercup path to his own.
Nay I shall dally here in my charmed abode and listen to more future tones from Alicia Keys 'I Keep falling in and out love with you ’ before I decide on beckoning suitors.

It was a journey to the Castle of Otan, where he kept the golden sword that belong for so many years to the Past ancestors of Vasalla Kingdom. Whoever can take back the sword and bring it back to the the King of Vasalla, he will claim the hand of the Princess De Mona. But the journey was not an easy task. First the competitors must cross the Black forest, where many Knights had attempted to walk by, but killed by the three head tiger "Junga".
