I first saw this gambit right here, in a thematic mini-tournament. I never tried, 'cause I don't play 1...d5 against 1.d4. And never had to face it, since I don't play 1.d4. I'm immune to that line. =P But it's really interesting! I might give it a try someday. Looks like a good way to surprise White, who would expect a quiet game after 1...d5. =) Found an article about it. www.chesscafe.com

Neat article! I used to have a copy of Schiller's book on that variation, but it's disapeared on me.
