I guess I will start.
My real name is Avguste.I am 29 years old male,living in Ft Worth,Texas. I am a pianist and I attend Texas Christian University for the master in piano performance. More info about me as pianist can be found on my official site at www.avgusteantonov.com
I have been playing online games for a long time.Games I played include Final Fantasy 11,WoW,2Moons,Americas Army and many others.
I have been clan leader in Americas Army and official moderator/volunteer game master for 2Moons.
I have been playing chess since 1996-7.I began in France and until 1999,I was a member of the French Chess Federation. When I came to the USA,after getting organized,I joined the United States Chess Federation and I was a member for 2-3 years. I have participated in live club tournaments and Chess Open,including the St Louis Open and the Chicago Open.
After 2 years off,I came back to chess last semester.
I also have a blog located at avguste.blogspot.com .
On it I post about issues and things that I find of interest

I am the captain of the Chess Players of the World and a Moderator for the "Chess Players of the World/Fantasy Football League" Club. I look forward to having fun and meeting new chess players. P.S. A little history of my work. I am a professional chef. I love ethnic foods and love learning to cook them. I have learned to cook Thai, Chinese, Japaneses, Mexican, of course American, Creole, some German. There is some much to learn and so much little time. So if any one has some recipe's that they would like to share in ethnic foods? I will start a new thread for all to share. Thanks and cheers Eddie

hi everyone! im new to this club but i am apart of 4 now and moderator of 1. My name is steve im 21 years old. i started playing chess when i was about 6 years old and played untel 11 compeditively in youth FIDE/SCCF. my father couldnt keep me in the federation because of family prob. ive just resently begain to play again and slowly geting back to my strength of aproximently 1950 FIDE(noted from my last recorded rating at 11) feel free to chat with me or play a game with me. i love to analize games and help others when they make mistakes in our game! I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD LEARN SOMETHING EVERY GAME!!!!!!!!!!!

Greetings
I'm a 42 year old husband and dad of a wonderful 3-year old daughter, and I enjoy my family very much. Besides chess, I'm sort of into fitness, but I am not a jock. I swim maybe 3 or times per week (just 1/2 mile at a clip). I'm also a huge baseball fan. I'm hesitant to say what team, only because we haven't really even met yet, but I like the red sox. I also like taking on big home improvement projects (although that's been slow lately). For work, I'm an engineer. Although I'm an electrical engineer by degree, I mostly write software for automation equipment and embedded systems, where I tend to specialize in motion control.
I'm looking very much forward to participating in this club, and, of course, playing MORE CHESS!!!
