I know that in Italian you have at least two words for "too" which are "pure" and "anche" and two for "either/neither" which are "nepure" and "neanche". Do you know any others? geppoz 26-Sep-05, 04:29	in italiano in italian "too"= "anche" (and "also"=anche). you can translate "either ... or" with "o ... o" and "neither ... nor" with "ne' ... ne'", that is either this or that = o questo o quello neither this nor that = ne' questo ne' quello In italian you can also say: "neither this nor that"="ne' questo e nemmeno quello" or "ne' questo e neppure quello" or "ne' questo e neanche quello". (NB neppure is with 2 p). As far as I know you should have in German the following forms "either ... or" = "entweder ... oder" and "neither ... nor" = "weder ... noch" Ciao, Marco

ryden_97 18-Oct-05, 15:46	In Danish too= også In sentences like "Det er han også" (He is that, too), "også" is equivalent to "too", whereas, when followed by a noun/nominal phrase, as in: "Han er også skakspiller" (He is also a chess player) it is equivalent to "also". "either....or " would be "enten.....eller" "neither....nor" is "hverken....eller"
