vivianne 25-Aug-05, 18:46	Italiano! Because it's very similar to Spanish (mother tongue). English is a very easy one also. German is more difficult, but I like it! Ciao!

I'm Italian, so Spanish could be easier than english for me; French may also be not so difficult for me (also portuguese may be), although is not so easy as Spanish, but I think that for people whose mother tongue is not of south-western european origin, English is the easiest. rilke 27-Aug-05, 12:10	Spanish I have heard that spanish is the easiest to learn, including reading ,witing and speaking. I think English is not so difficult either.
obeso 28-Aug-05, 18:03	¡A saber! Puesto que todos los niños del mundo aprenden a hablar a la misma edad, la conclusión es que todos los idiomas son igual de fáciles o difíciles. El problema es que una vez se ha formado la mente con un idioma, la dificultad para aprender otro depende del primero, de manera que no hay una respuesta única a la pregunta. Depende del idioma materno de cada uno. Por mi experiencia, los rusos, croatas, ... aprenden el castellano a una velocidad asombrosa, mientras que los holandeses, flamencos, ... tardan años en expresarse con algo de fluidez. Un saludo. J.
myrmidon 08-Oct-05, 02:59	unusually... I am finding Latin far easier to learn than any modern language, Attic Greek is a lot harder for me but far more interesting.
