The meetup facilitates over the board chess in casual environments such as coffee shops and pubs. Currently we have meetups several times a week and have players of all skill levels participating. I started this club on Gameknot to reach out to other Seattle area players, encourage participation in the meetup, and provide a place here on Gameknot for Seattle players to meet one another, discuss chess in Seattle and chess in general, and enjoy games together. mattchess 21-Jul-11, 09:45	I should point out that currently we meet Monday's at The Canterbury - Ales & Eats (Capital Hill) and Thursday's at Uptown Espresso in Belltown. There are also people playing in Pioneer Square on the weekend and we are looking into getting that added to our calendar.
