altri come si fanno i puzzle!

E nello stesso tempo far vedere che bisogna stare attenti a non far trovare altre soluzioni ad

altri giocatori che sanno a cosa serve "Chess Puzzle"!

I stand corrected!

I had the puzzle backwards in my mind and instead of Qb6, my head was thinking Qg3!
Of course that means black's pawn is on it's original square b7,
and the solver is sitting on the black side of the board.
However, I prefer "inattentive solver" over "bad solver"
because if you turn the board around there's more than one solution.

I was trying this puzzle and thinking 5 stars but suddenly solved and gave 3 stars . I am now in 10% of this puzzle's solvers. Wow I am a happy man !

@ checkmcmate - ok, we'll allow you that! The numbers on the side of the board also indicate which way around the board is; apparently it's always set up so that you're sitting at the side of the player to move.

No white Qb6 wouldn't work because if the pawn on f2 goes and does queen, then it wouldn't be checkmate in one. gotta think about all the moves!

What a bad puzzle.

How are you gonna mate the king if black promote his pawn into Queen.
At least check all possibilities before making puzzle.

The good puzzle would be which can be solved in only one way.

Good Puzzle

This is a very good puzzle. It got me thinking for a while before I realized the correct moves. Way to go GameKnot!!!
