nice puzzle only thing that puzzled me are the pawns on the left side

3 black pawns in B and 1 in C yet white still have his pawns in B and C

not impossible but higly unlikly

Alternate Checkmate, more linear
What about Bishop f6, king b4, Rook d4, King a3 or a5, then Rook a8 for checkmate in 3 moves.

no checkmate possibility with d4 (not in 3)
rook c3 or rook c5 . the guy who wrote this puzzle is a genius
