ok, there is a mat in 2.
But
1/ Qc4 (threaten Qf4#)
so 1a/... Kf5 2. Qxd5#
or 1b/... Rd4 2. Re5#
best 1c/... Rf5 2/ Re5 ! RxR (forced) 3/ Qf4#
is a nice rook sacrifice, is it not ? ^_^

What about Qh8? How can black prevent mate on white's next move?

After Qh8, there is no mate by Qh6 because f5 is not covered.
