Once I realised that the B could give discovered mate provided a square could be provided for the B to move to without obstructing White's other pieces, I solved this fairly quickly by inspection.
1. f4, threatening 2. Bf2#, is a nice try threatening 2. Bf2#, but the pawn now blocks the Q from guarding d4.
