Mate in 4 also from
1.Bd7 Ke7, 2.Rf5 Kd6, 3.Nb7+ Ke7, 4.Rf7 mate.

I agree with hankb. I only found the solution that aidanbh is calling a "2nd solution." Please, aidanbh, what is the 1st solution that you're talking about? TY.

The "first solution" is the one that the program allows... 1.Kc7 (as ulmer-1 pointed out) Ke7, 2.Rf5 KxB, 3.Kd6 KxN, 4.Rf8 mate.

@buddemi: Anyone can claim "you can actually mate in 3" or whatever. Unless you can demonstrate how, it's just bluster. Note that in all these puzzles, it is assumed that Black tries their best to avoid mate in the specified number of moves. A "mate in 3" that works provided Black does this and does not do that, is not a solution.
