Hmmm. I would say "No change here" ie. we should try and preserve the Complete Block/Zugzwang/Volkswagen with any means possible... Happily there is one.

Yep

looking at the position as if it was Black to move gives a mate for each variation, so a virtual "Nullmove" is required.
