This one caught me - so similar to other situations, yet subtly different with the attentive queen.

Win queen but no mate in 5

My first idea was 1...Bxh2 2.Kh1 Bg1 and if 3.Kxg1, Qh2++. But white can sac the queen with 3.Qh4 Rxh4 4.Kxg1 and now he has f2 to escape.

Change White's queen into a rook and you have a mate in 3 puzzle.
